Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Prize

The prize consists of:

• a) One (1) Major Prize of $500 AUD in Bisous store credit, redeemable on any product available at bisous.com.au; and
• b) One (1) Referrer Prize of $500 AUD in Bisous store credit, awarded to the person who directly referred the Major Prize winner, if the winner entered through a referral link (see Section 4).

Total maximum prize value: $1,000 AUD ($500 to the winner and $500 to their direct referrer, where applicable).

A maximum of two (2) winners will be drawn. See Section 4 (Referral Bonus) for details on how a second winner may be selected.

Store credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Store credit cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. Any unused store credit after the validity period expires will be forfeited.

No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or transfer of the prize to a third party is available. The prize is not redeemable for cash. Bisous reserves the right to substitute a prize of equivalent value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

If the winner was not referred by anyone (i.e., they entered directly without a referral link), there will be only one (1) winner and only the Major Prize ($500 store credit) will be awarded.

2. Who Can Enter

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

Entry is free. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing any Bisous product or service does not increase your chances of winning.

The following persons are not eligible to enter or win:

• a) Employees, contractors, or agents of Bisous or its related entities;
• b) Immediate family members of any person listed in (a); and
• c) Anyone otherwise connected with the administration or conduct of this giveaway.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to earn entries during the Promotion Period:

Step 1: Free Entry (1 entry) Submit your first name, email address, and mobile number on the giveaway entry page at https://giveaway.bisous.com.au/ or via the referral link provided to you. This constitutes one (1) entry.

Step 2: Referrals (bonus entries per referral) After your initial entry, you will receive a unique referral link. For every new person who enters the giveaway through your referral link, you earn additional bonus entries. There is no cap on the number of referral entries you can earn.

Only referrals who complete Step 1 (submit their name, email, and mobile) count toward your referral entries. Referrals who do not complete the entry form do not count. Self-referrals, referrals from the same household, or referrals generated using automated systems, bots, or scripts are invalid and will be disqualified.

4. Referral Bonus: How Two Winners Are Selected

This section explains how a second winner may be selected through the referral system.

Main Winner: On 18 October 2026, one (1) main winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. Every entry you have earned (free entry and referral entries) counts as one chance in the draw. The more entries you have, the higher your probability of being drawn.

Referral Winner: If the main winner was referred to the giveaway by another entrant, the person who directly referred them also wins the same prize ($500 AUD in Bisous store credit).

Important: Only one level of referral applies. If Person A refers Person B, and Person B refers Person C, and Person C is drawn as the main winner, then only Person B (the person who directly referred Person C) also wins. Person A does not win. The referral chain does not extend beyond one level. A maximum of two (2) winners will be selected: the main winner and, if applicable, their direct referrer.

If the main winner was not referred by anyone (i.e., they entered directly without a referral link), there will be only one (1) winner.

If the main winner's direct referrer is found to be ineligible under Section 2, the referral bonus is void and no second winner will be selected. The prize does not cascade to the next referrer in any chain.

5. Total Entries and Odds

The total number of entries received will determine the odds of winning. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of entries you personally hold. There is no guaranteed minimum number of entries or participants.

6. Winner Notification and Verification

The winner(s) will be announced by email on 18 October 2026.

The winner(s) will also be notified by email and/or SMS within 48 hours of the draw using the contact details provided at entry.

If a winner cannot be contacted within 7 days of the draw, or if the winner is found to be ineligible under these terms, Bisous reserves the right to redraw a new winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and proof of eligibility before the prize is awarded.

The winner consents to Bisous using their name and likeness for promotional purposes if selected as a winner, including on social media, email, and the bisous.com.au website, without additional compensation.

7. Unclaimed Prizes

If a prize is unclaimed within 7 days of notification, Bisous reserves the right to conduct a redraw for the unclaimed prize from the remaining eligible entries. Any redraw will take place on or before 25 October 2026.

8. Marketing Consent

By entering this giveaway, you agree to receive marketing communications from Bisous, including but not limited to promotional emails, SMS messages, and other marketing materials related to Bisous' products, offers, and services.

You can unsubscribe from email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. You can opt out of SMS communications by replying STOP to any SMS. Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not affect your entry or eligibility for this giveaway.

Your personal information will be collected and handled in accordance with Bisous' Privacy Policy, available at https://bisous.com.au/policies/privacy-policy.

9. Privacy and Use of Information

Bisous collects entrants' personal information (name, email, mobile) for the purposes of administering this giveaway, notifying winners, and delivering marketing communications.

By entering, you consent to Bisous using your personal information for these purposes.

Bisous will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Referral data (who referred whom) will be used solely for the purpose of administering the referral bonus under Section 4.

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Bisous' Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

• a) Bisous reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is deemed to be fraudulent, incomplete, or in breach of these terms.
• b) Bisous reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical failure, or other circumstance beyond its control affects the administration or security of the giveaway.
• c) Entrants must not use any automated system, bot, script, or other means to generate entries or referrals. Any entries or referrals generated by such means will be void.
• d) Bisous' decisions in relation to all aspects of this giveaway are final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
• e) This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or any other social media platform. Each entrant releases Facebook, Instagram, and Meta from any liability related to this giveaway.
• f) Bisous is not responsible for any entries lost, delayed, or not received due to technical failures of any kind.
• g) Permits: This giveaway is conducted in accordance with applicable Australian state and territory lottery and trade promotion laws. No trade promotion permit is required for this giveaway.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with this giveaway will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
